Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging or crate.
• You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
• Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Equipment that has been used, operated, or modified
• Items that were custom ordered
• Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Returned equipment must be shipped using a freight carrier.
• The item must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, we may request:

• Photos or videos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
• The delivery receipt or Bill of Lading

Once verified, we will arrange either:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is usually 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping fees and freight costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
